Service Description

FreeAds.pk is a classifieds platform where users can post and browse ads, connect with buyers or sellers, and promote their businesses through featured listings or business pages.

Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to use this service.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the app and website only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Avoid posting false, harmful, or misleading ads.

Prohibited Content

• Weapons, explosives, or drugs.
• Prescription or non-prescription medicines.
• Adult or obscene material.
• Stolen or counterfeit goods.
• Content promoting hate or discrimination.

Manual Payments and Featured Ads

Users may promote listings or business profiles through manual payments (bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash). After payment, users must provide proof (screenshot or reference number). Payments are final and non-refundable, except in case of verified technical errors caused by FreeAds.pk.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates our terms, posting rules, or applicable law—without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

FreeAds.pk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for any transaction or dispute between users, or losses resulting from unauthorized access or downtime.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the FreeAds.pk name, logo, and software belong to Omega Marketing Group. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and resolved in the courts of Lahore.
